In short: Relentless keeps everything you enter on your phone. It has no accounts, no ads and no analytics, and it doesn't send your data to us or anyone else.
Relentless is built and published by Brett Ursell (Percheron PM), Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, USA. In this policy, "we" means the developer of Relentless.
Relentless stores the things you enter so the app can work:
All of this is saved in the app's private storage on your device. It is never sent to us, and we have no server that receives it.
We don't collect any personal or usage data. Relentless has no sign-in, no analytics or crash-reporting tools, no advertising and no tracking. It doesn't need an internet connection to work.
We don't share, sell or rent any data, because we never receive it. Your data only leaves your device when you choose to export it yourself, for example by saving a CSV or backup file and sending it somewhere. What happens to that file after that is up to you.
Reminders are created and scheduled on your device. No reminder content is sent anywhere.
You download Relentless through Google Play. Google may collect information about your download and device under its own privacy policy, which we don't control. See Google's Privacy Policy.
You control your data. To delete it, use Settings > Clear all data in the app, clear the app's storage in Android settings, or uninstall the app. Uninstalling removes everything the app stored. Backup files you exported yourself stay wherever you saved them.
Your data is kept in the app's private storage, which other apps can't read under Android's normal protections. Keep your phone locked to protect it. If you lose your phone, data that only lives on that phone may be lost too, so save a backup now and then.
Relentless is meant for adults and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
If we change how the app handles data, we will update this page and its effective date before the change ships. If a future version adds features that send data off your device, such as sharing or sync, this policy will say exactly what is sent and why before that version is released.
